Everyone Is Guilty...But Not Without Hope
Pastor Brian Mitchell
Everyone Is Guilty… But Not Without Hope Romans 3 (NIV)
Every person stands guilty before God—but God Himself has provided the
righteousness we lack.
Romans 3 confronts a deeply uncomfortable truth: every person stands guilty before God. Religious background, moral effort, and sincerity cannot remove sin or earn righteousness. God’s law exposes our guilt but cannot save us. Yet the chapter does not end in despair. In a powerful turning point, “But now…”, God reveals a righteousness that comes apart from the law.
Through Jesus Christ, sinners are justified freely by grace, redeemed through His sacrifice, and declared righteous by faith. We are guilty, but we are not without hope.
