Good morning. I pray that you are blessed with a heart for worship today. Hopefully, your situation and schedule allow for you to join others in worship, but even if that is not the case the Lord will lift your heart and spirit if your heart is given to Him this day.
Around the world, every country on earth, even in those places where honoring God is not legal or allowed, Christian brothers and sisters are joining us in worship today. I believe that the voices of angelic beings join those human voices in praise, as together wing sing “Holy!, Holy!, Holy!, is the Lord God Almighty!
God is listening. Consider the words of our God in Jeremiah 29:12 “Then you will call on the Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.”
God is listening.
Many years ago, back when our children were young, I was going to sing a song during a worship service. Our youngest, Jenny, was being impatient and not cooperating with her mother. Pam said to her, “Honey, settle down now, daddy is going to sing, and we need to listen to him.” Jenny looked up and said, “I’ve heard daddy sing, I don’t need to listen.”
Our father God never tires of hearing us. He never has to be coerced or even reminded to pay attention and listen. He loves us and is eager to hear our prayers and to join us in worship.
He is worthy, He is listening, let us not disappoint Him. Praise and worship well this day!
