Good morning. There are many times in life when we feel blessed by being joined by the right companion. Our spouse, our children, our siblings, our friends, there are people who join us in our journey that make the steps enjoyable. There are people who join us in our journey that make our steps possible. Having the right companion is always a wonderful addition, and that is true for every task, trail, and trial.
Jesus would like to be your companion today.
God’s people were rebellious, and they refused to trust Him. He took them from the place of slavery to the threshold of the Promised Land, only to have them refuse the opportunity because they would not trust Him. God sent them on a 40-year journey through the wilderness. It was a journey of education and discovery, but even more it was a journey to recognize and accept God’s presence, power, and love. God did not send them into the wilderness to travel alone. He was their companion every step of the way. God revealed His presence in fire at night, and by the whirlwind throughout the days.

Jesus would like to be your companion today.
Make this a great day by taking Jesus’ hand as you begin the day’s journey.
