Good morning. I hope that you are planning to make this a wonderful day. I know, it is a Tuesday and nothing on the calendar says that it is special. Yet the question of whether the day will end as a wonderful day or a dreadful day relies a great deal on our attitude and expectations as we see the day begin.
What is it that could make this a wonderful day? If you knew a very special, important, and wonderful truth that applied to your life could that make this day wonderful? Well, how about this:
The God who created and sustains the universe, the God of all of creation, knows and loves you. The God of Noah and Moses, the God of King David, the God Jesus called “Father”, knows you and loves you.
How wonderful, how great, and how powerful is His love for you? In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10 In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 1 John 4:9-11
Imagine that. The God of creation loves you so much that He sent His Son into the world so that you might live through Him. Wonderful!
Have a wonderful day!
