Praise the Lord!
Good morning. For this day of worship, I would like to focus entirely on scriptures that proclaim and command that we praise the Lord our God.
Praise the Lord, you heavenly throng; praise his glory and his strength. Praise him for his majestic glory, praise Him with the glory due his name. Worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness! Psalm 29:1-2
Lord, you are my God;
I will exalt you and praise your name,
for in perfect faithfulness
you have done wonderful things,
things planned long ago. Isaiah 25:1
Let everything that breathes give praise to the Lord. Praise the Lord! Psalm 150:6
The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy,
and with my song I praise him. Psalm 28:7
Because your love is better than life,
my lips will glorify you.
I will praise you as long as I live,
and in your name I will lift up my hands. Psalm 63:3-4
My mouth is filled with your praise,

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. Ephesians 1:3
Could this quoting of scripture focusing on the praise of the Lord our God go on? Of course! There is no limit to the reasons to give Him praise. There is no situation in which we are not commanded to bring Him praise. It is absolutely reasonable for every person who knows God the Father through the person of Christ, the Son, and the indwelling of God, the Spirit of Truth, to bring Him praise.
This is the cause of worship. This is the joy of worship. This is the glue that brings all worshippers together, holds them, and gives the undeniable urge for praise to our Heavenly Father.
Praise Him! With all your might and will, praise Him! With brothers and sisters of faith, praise Him! He is worthy of our praise!
